The Complete Journey
Have you felt the call to sovereign pregnancy, birth and motherhood? Do you feel an instinctual pull to do it YOUR way on YOUR terms? To follow your feminine instinct and dive into the possibility of your journey being one of pleasure and peace? I am here to support your whole journey in the role of Birthkeeper and Wise Woman. I will create a bespoke package of care for you so that you and your family feel seen and held during this sacred time.

☯ Birth attendance providing practical, physical and emotional support, including immediate postpartum care up to 3 hrs post birth.
☯ 6 Postpartum sessions in your own home with breastfeeding support, ability to debrief your birth and tender loving care.
Cost: £5500
This package is for you if you long for a wise woman to walk with you throughout your whole journey. To build trust and connection during our time together so that you can fully lean into the process of bringing your baby earthside. During The Complete Journey I offer my support from 12 weeks of pregnancy all the way through to 6 weeks postpartum. This is ultimate devotional work and I love walking this journey with women.

Stepping into Sovereignty
Sovereign Birth Support Package
This is a 2hr private one to one session that helps you to unravel your fears and hopes around your upcoming birth experience. I support you to explore your held beliefs around birth on a physical, emotional and spiritual level and then to transmute this into a feeling of power and autonomy. The goal of this session is to help you build confidence and clarity to make your dream birth a reality.

Birth in Power One to One Coaching
This session can be held online or in person if local to Sussex.

This is a 2hr private one-to-one session where you can talk through your whole birth experience in a held, supportive and non-judgemental environment. You will be supported to unpack any held trauma, to release what your body and mind might be holding onto and to rewire your birth experience in your neural pathways. This is an opportunity to be heard and to have your feelings acknowledged and validated.

These sessions can be held online or in person if local to Sussex
Choosing to prepare and nourish yourself as an individual and as a couple prior to conceiving is one of the best decisions you can make for the long term health and wellbeing of your future child/children and yourself. Growing and integrating another being into your world is a huge step! If you can approach this life transition with awareness, openness and a willingness to meet your edge there will ultimately be more ease, joy and grace as you unfold into motherhood. The container takes place over 6 sessions (2hrs each) that can be taken over a time frame that suits you. You will have access to my learning resources and ability to check in/ask questions in between sessions.

☯ Optimal nutrition for fertility - looking at maintaining a good mineral balance and the foods that support your womb as a cyclical being.
☯ Menstrual cycle awareness - allowing you to have a greater understanding of what is happening in your body at every stage of your cycle and how to support yourself physically and emotionally through the month.
☯ Fertility Awareness Method and how to integrate that into your sexual life with your partner - we will look at contraception and the harm that many methods can do to the body and what the alternatives are.

The Woman's Wheel
The Woman's Wheel is a year long exploration of the wheel of the year and women's mysteries, returning to the cycles of life and to ourselves.
This will be a closed group of no more than 10 women and we will gather 8 times throughout the year. We will meet to honour the four seasonal cross quarters and the four threshold cross-quarters of the year:
Imbolc, Spring equinox, Beltane, Summer Solstice, Lammas, Autumn equinox, Samain and Winter Solstice
Together we will explore how we are innately woven into the web of life. We will remember how to connect to our own internal rhythms and to other women. Through ceremony and ritual we will rediscover the wisdom and power of our wombs and the natural world we are so intimately a part of.
I will hold a safe container for women at any stage of life, to unravel into the magic of ourselves, to feel seen, to feel held and to drop in each time into the beauty of stillness.
Where: The gatherings will take place in East Sussex - exact location to be confirmed when booking
When: They will be held during the evening, on or close to each seasonal celebration, at 6.30 - 9.30pm
