The Village Support Package was born from a deep belief that pregnancy, birth, and the tender weeks that follow are not medical events to be managed, but sacred passages to be witnessed, supported, and celebrated. This is the kind of care your grandmother’s grandmother knew. The kind that has almost disappeared from modern life and the kind all women deserve.
This package is unique as we have interwoven our knowledge and skills together to create what will be a truly holistic level of care for your journey. Two birth keepers, Mia Fleming and Felicity Duarte, will hold your journey together — learning your story, your fears, your hopes, and your needs — so that someone who truly knows you is always there. This is continuity of care at its finest.
Herbalist Rachel Faust brings years of plant medicine knowledge to your pregnancy. From nourishing tonics and healing blends to nutritional guidance, you’ll have gentle, natural support woven through your journey, tailored entirely to you and your body’s needs. You will receive an initial herbal and nutritional chat with Rachel followed by either a more in depth consultation or some supportive tinctures to complement your journey.
Osteopath Astra Grayland works with the subtle shifts in your pelvis, spine, and soft tissue — helping you move through pregnancy with greater ease, preparing your body for birth, and supporting your recovery in the weeks that follow. She brings years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to the field of body work and supporting mothers and babies to thrive - physically, mentally and emotionally. In this package, you will receive a 90min session in pregnancy and then a postpartum session for you and your baby.
What makes the Village Support Package truly extraordinary is not any single offering — it is the wholeness of it. Your birth keepers, herbalist, and osteopath don’t work in silos. They communicate, collaborate, and hold your complete picture together, so that there is an interwoven level of support that cares for your whole experience.
This is integrative, heart-led maternity care. And in today’s world, it is very, very rare.

☯ 4 Antenatal sessions in your own home: one attended by Mia and Felicity together and the remaining 3 attended by one of us, depending on proximity.
☯ Unlimited text/voicenote contact Monday-Friday 9-5pm to both Mia and Felicity
☯ A complementary Herbal medicine and Nutrition chat, with registered Herbalist Rachel Faust. This will then be made bespoke to your needs, with either a small hamper of herbs provided or a further in depth consultation.
☯ 2 Osteopathy sessions with Registered Osteopath Astra Grayland. One pregnancy consultation and one mother and baby postpartum check
☯ Mia and Felicity jointly providing on call 24/7 birth support service from 38 weeks gestation until the birth of your baby.
☯ Birth attendance by your primary Birthkeeper, providing practical, physical and emotional support, including immediate postpartum care up to 3 hrs post birth. Second on call Birthkeeper to come as/when is needed.
☯ 4 Postpartum sessions in your own home with breastfeeding support, ability to debrief your birth and tender loving care. These will be split between Mia and Felicity.
☯ Use of a birth pool, birth sling, birth and peanut ball and homeopathy kit if required.

Stepping into Sovereignty - Virtual support

Perhaps you would like to step away from system based care and navigate your journey in a different way? Maybe you are planning a freebirth but would like a birthkeeper to be on the end of the phone for you if desired? I am here to help you navigate your options during this sacred time and to support you to align your desires for your birth with truly informative care.

This package is for you if you feel the call for support in late pregnancy, birth and early postpartum. Support during your journey online can be a valuable experience and possibly just the kind of care you are looking for! During Stepping into Sovereignty - virtual support, I offer my support anytime from 28 wks gestation through to 2 weeks postpartum.
Navigating your choices
Do you feel you need some guidance around your birth options?

This session is the one for you if you have been receiving system based care but something isn't sitting right and you need a space to talk it all through.
During our time together you will have the chance to ask any questions you need around navigating your pregnancy and upcoming birth. I will help you to make informed decisions based on what feels truly right for YOU. You will be given the tools you need to make aligned choices for yourself and leave feeling able to step into your power,

Birth in Power Coaching
This is a 2.5hr private online session that helps you to unravel your fears and hopes around your upcoming birth experience. We will dive deep into your matrilineal ancestry and your personal red thread journey to find the wisdom and gifts that lie in these stories. I will help you to reclaim the power of your womb through speaking your story, ritual and reverence. Through this deep work I can support you to explore your held beliefs around birth on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. The goal of this session is to empower you to step into a place of trust and sovereignty for your birth and the ongoing story of your womb.

Birth Trauma Processing container
This container takes place over 4 weeks, starting with a 2hr one-to-one birth story medicine session. Here, you can talk through your whole birth experience in a held, supportive and non-judgemental environment. This is an opportunity to be heard and to have your feelings acknowledged and validated. We then continue the integration process with the opportunity to have contact via messages and voice notes over a 2 week period. This is for anything that comes up in the aftermath of the re telling of your birth journey. And finally, 2 weeks later, you will have your final session where you will be supported to unpack any held trauma, to release what your body and mind might be holding onto and to rewire your birth experience in your neural pathways.

The Preconception Container
Choosing to prepare and nourish yourself as an individual and as a couple prior to conceiving is one of the best decisions you can make for the long term health and wellbeing of your future child/children and yourself. Growing and integrating another being into your world is a huge step! If you can approach this life transition with awareness, openness and a willingness to meet your edge there will ultimately be more ease, joy and grace as you unfold into motherhood. The container takes place over 6 sessions (2hrs each) that can be taken over a time frame that suits you. You will have access to my learning resources and ability to check in/ask questions in between sessions.

The Primal Pregnancy Container
A sacred journey back to your intuitive power
This intimate 1:1 container includes five deeply transformative sessions designed to reconnect you with your body, your lineage, and your innate birthing wisdom.

Whether you are currently receiving system based maternity care, are wanting to leave or have never entered - this work is so important. it allows space for the unravelling of the messages that have been given to you - culturally and ancestrally - and how to tap into your intuition for what YOU desire on this journey.
☯ Holistic Birth preparation - Practical tools and embodied knowledge to guide your journey. In this session we will dive into what true physiological birth really is and how to create the space for this to happen for you.
☯ Wisdom of the Matrilineal Line and your Birthing Imprint - Connect with the strength and stories of the women who came before you, so you can understand and transform your own birth imprint to create a new narrative. We will tap into the wisdom of your own birthing lineage, through your mother line and discover how those stories have shaped your journey so far.
☯ Womb Stories - Honour the truths your womb holds, and the stories she’s ready to release. With a beautiful, yet simple, ritual we will travel through your own red thread and discover the wisdom of your sacred womb journey and how this may be informing where you are now, in this pregnancy journey.
☯ Birthing in Power - Reclaim your sovereignty in birth, speak your fears whilst being witnessed and allow your dream birth vision to come to life. After travelling through the previous four sessions, you are finally able to arrive into where you are now on your journey. Through a poignant fear release ceremony you are given the space to speak and then release anything you may be holding onto. This then gives space for your dream birth vision to BREATHE.
This container will be held over a 10 week time period with sessions approximately every 2 weeks. Each session will be 2hrs long and will be held via zoom. In between sessions, text and voice note support will be available so that you feel held during the weaving of this work.
